Summary
This early-phase study tested a non-opioid drug called resiniferatoxin (RTX) for people with Morton's neuroma, a nerve condition causing burning or shooting foot pain. Three adults who had not found relief from standard treatments received a single injection into the painful foot area. The main goal was to check safety and side effects over 4 weeks, with pain changes also tracked.
