NCT ID NCT07567261
First seen May 24, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new approach for adults with post-traumatic stress symptoms. It combines a non-invasive brain stimulation technique (rTMS) with expressive writing about emotional experiences. Researchers will compare giving the stimulation before or after writing, and also include a sham group. The goal is to see if this combo reduces symptoms like anxiety and distress, and if timing matters.
