Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called rTMS can improve how people with Parkinson's disease start walking and move around. Researchers will compare high-frequency and low-frequency stimulation to a sham (fake) treatment in 81 participants. The goal is to see if targeting a specific brain area can ease walking difficulties.
