Summary
This study tests whether a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) can improve walking in people with Parkinson's disease. 81 participants with mild to moderate Parkinson's who have trouble starting to walk will receive 10 sessions over 2 weeks. The researchers will measure changes in balance and walking speed to see if the treatment helps.
