This study tested a new way to use magnetic brain stimulation (rTMS) to treat depression in 40 adolescents with bipolar disorder. The treatment targeted the back of the head, guided by brain scans, to see if it could improve mood. The goal was to find a safer, non-drug option for teens struggling with depressive episodes.
