First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tests whether a non-invasive treatment called repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) can improve thinking and memory in people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. Researchers will also use brain scans to see how rTMS affects the brain's waste-cleaning system. The trial enrolls 66 adults who have confirmed Alzheimer's pathology.
