First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether a non-invasive treatment called repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) can improve thinking and daily function in people with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease. Researchers will use brain scans and electrical recordings to understand how rTMS affects the brain's waste-clearing system. The trial enrolls 66 adults who have confirmed Alzheimer's pathology.
