Summary

This study tests an experimental mRNA vaccine (mRNA-1345) against respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in 360 pregnant women. The goal is to see if vaccinating mothers during pregnancy can safely boost their immunity and pass protection to their babies. Participants receive either the vaccine or a placebo, and both mothers and infants are monitored for side effects and immune response.
