Summary
This study looks at the best way to treat retained products of conception (RPOC), which is tissue left in the uterus after pregnancy. The goal is to see if waiting and using medicine before surgery can reduce scarring inside the uterus and help protect future fertility. Researchers will follow 600 women to compare different treatment approaches and their effects on pregnancy rates.
