New study aims to reduce uterine scarring after pregnancy complications

Summary

This study looks at the best way to treat retained products of conception (RPOC), tissue left in the uterus after pregnancy. It compares waiting with medication versus immediate surgery to see which approach causes less scarring and better protects future fertility. 600 participants will be followed to track uterine health and pregnancy rates.
