New combo therapy targets Hard-to-Treat metastatic cancers

Summary

This study tests the safety of a drug called RP-3500 combined with radiation therapy for people whose metastatic solid tumors have a specific gene change (ATM mutation). The goal is to find the best dose that causes few side effects and to see if the treatment can control tumor growth for at least 6 months. About 49 adults with advanced cancer that has spread will take part.
