First seen Jan 13, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tests whether taking royal jelly supplements daily for 3 months can improve sperm health and increase pregnancy rates in couples with unexplained infertility. The trial involves 80 men whose sperm appears normal under a microscope but may have hidden DNA damage. Researchers will compare royal jelly to a placebo to see if its antioxidant effects make a difference.
