Summary
This study compares two manual therapy methods—Mulligan and PNF—for people with partial rotator cuff tears. 45 adults aged 30-70 will receive either standard physical therapy alone or combined with one of the two techniques over three weeks. The goal is to see which approach best reduces pain, improves shoulder function, and boosts quality of life.
