Summary
This study tests whether functional rotational exercises can lower fall risk and improve mobility and balance in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will enroll 50 adults aged 50-70 with mild to moderate Parkinson's. Participants will perform rotational exercises, and their progress will be measured using balance and mobility tests.
