Summary

This study tested whether taking rosemary and daylily extracts can improve sleep in adults over 50 who have trouble falling asleep. Ten participants took either a low or high dose of the herbal supplement or a placebo for eight weeks. The goal was to see if the supplements could increase total sleep time and improve sleep quality.
