Summary
This study aims to find the smallest effective dose of the numbing drug ropivacaine for a nerve block in the leg during diabetic foot surgery. Researchers will test different doses in 45 adults to see what works best for 90% of patients. The goal is to provide effective pain relief while using the least amount of medicine possible.
