First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests if the drug ropeginterferon is safe for people with a JAK2 gene mutation who have high-risk features but no blood cancer yet. Twelve adults will receive injections every 4 weeks and be monitored for side effects and changes in their mutation levels. The goal is to see if the drug can control the condition and prevent it from getting worse.
