New root canal paste shows promise in healing tooth infections

Summary
This study tests two different root canal filling materials (iRoot SP and nRoot SP) in 160 adults with chronic tooth infection. The goal is to see which paste better clears the infection, reduces pain and swelling, and restores normal chewing. Participants will be followed for up to 2 years after treatment.
