Summary

This study tests two different root canal filling pastes (iRoot SP and nRoot SP) in 160 adults with chronic tooth infections. The goal is to see which paste better heals the infection and relieves symptoms like pain and swelling. Participants will be checked for up to 2 years after treatment.
