Summary
This study compares two types of dental sealers used during root canal treatment to see which one causes less pain afterward. About 118 adults with painful tooth nerve inflammation will be randomly assigned to receive either a tricalcium silicate-based sealer or a resin-based sealer. Participants will rate their pain at 24 hours, 72 hours, and 7 days after the procedure.
