Summary
This study aims to find the best method for cleaning teeth during root canal treatment to reduce pain and improve quality of life afterward. Researchers will compare different cleaning solutions and activation techniques in 90 adults needing root canals on back molars. Participants will report their pain levels and quality of life before and after treatment to see which approach works best.
