Summary
This study aims to find the best way to clean teeth during root canal treatment to reduce pain and improve quality of life afterward. Researchers will compare different cleaning solutions and tools in 90 adults getting root canals on back molars. They will measure pain levels and quality of life for one week after treatment to see which method works best.
