NCT ID NCT07486245
First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study compared three common root canal rinses (sodium hypochlorite, hydrogen peroxide, and normal saline) to see which causes the least pain after treatment. 90 adults with tooth pain from pulpitis took part. Patients were randomly assigned to one rinse, and pain was measured using a simple scale. The goal is to help dentists choose the most comfortable option, reducing stress and unplanned visits.
