First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study will follow 100 adults with multiple sclerosis who are starting either teriflunomide or dimethyl fumarate as part of their routine care. Over 12 months, researchers will measure how well participants can walk and think during sustained activities, along with their reported fatigue and quality of life. The goal is to see if one drug helps more with physical and mental tiredness, helping patients and doctors make better treatment choices.
