Summary
This study will follow 100 adults with multiple sclerosis who are starting either teriflunomide or dimethyl fumarate as part of their regular care. Over 12 months, researchers will measure how these drugs affect physical and mental fatigue during activities like walking and thinking. The goal is to help patients and doctors choose the best treatment for managing daily fatigue.
