Summary
This early-phase study tests whether romosozumab, a drug used for osteoporosis, can safely improve bone health in postmenopausal women who also have multiple myeloma. Ten participants receive the drug, and researchers measure changes in bone formation and breakdown markers. The goal is to see if this approach can help manage bone disease caused by myeloma without interfering with cancer treatment.
