First seen Jan 20, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding romiplostim N01 to standard treatment helps people with severe aplastic anemia, a condition where the bone marrow fails to make enough blood cells. About 210 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo alongside standard therapy. The main goal is to see if more patients achieve normal blood cell counts after 6 months.
