Summary

This study tests whether adding romiplostim N01 to standard treatment helps people with severe aplastic anemia recover healthy blood cell levels faster. About 210 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo alongside standard therapy. The main goal is to see if more patients achieve normal blood counts after 6 months.
