Summary

This study tests a drug called romiplostim N01 in cancer patients whose platelet levels drop dangerously low during chemotherapy and radiation. Low platelets can cause bleeding and delay cancer treatment. The drug is compared to a standard treatment to see if it can raise platelet counts faster and reduce the need for platelet transfusions. About 106 adults with solid tumors will take part.
