Summary
This study tests a drug called romiplostim N01 to treat low platelet counts caused by chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. Researchers will enroll 68 participants and give them weekly injections for up to 4 weeks. The main goal is to see how many patients' platelet levels return to a safe range within two weeks.
