Summary

This study tests a drug called romiplostim N01 in 43 adults whose severe anemia did not improve after standard treatments. The anemia was caused by chemotherapy or radiation for cancer. The goal is to see if the drug can help the bone marrow make more blood cells and improve symptoms. Participants will be monitored for side effects and long-term outcomes.
