Summary
This pilot study is testing an oral medication called roflumilast in 36 adults with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis. Participants will take the pill daily for 12 weeks to see if it reduces skin redness, scaling, and thickness. The goal is to gather early information on safety and effectiveness.
