First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 41 times

Summary

This study compares two types of minimally invasive lung surgery for early-stage lung cancer: robotic-assisted and video-assisted (VATS). The goal is to see which one leads to better quality of life and outcomes for patients. About 446 adults with stage I to IIIa non-small cell lung cancer will take part. The results will help doctors and hospitals decide which surgery is worth the cost.
