Robot vs. surgeon: which cochlear implant method helps you hear better?

Summary
This study compares two ways to insert a cochlear implant: robotic-assisted and manual. About 32 adults with hearing loss will be randomly assigned to one method. The goal is to see which approach leads to better hearing one year after surgery, while also checking surgical time and inner ear health. Both methods are safe and approved.
