Summary

This study tests a robotic surgery (R-RPLND) as the first treatment for stage IIA/B testicular seminoma, instead of chemotherapy or radiation. It involves 25 men whose cancer has spread to lymph nodes in the abdomen. The goal is to see if this minimally invasive approach can control the disease and reduce side effects.
