Robot surgeons aim for safer colon cancer removal

Summary
This small pilot study is testing a new robotic surgical system called EndoR. It is designed to help surgeons remove early-stage, pre-cancerous growths in the colon more precisely and safely. The study will enroll 6 patients to see if the system reduces complications like bleeding and perforation compared to current manual techniques.
