Robot vs. standard surgery: which is better for endometrial cancer?

Summary
This study compares robot-assisted keyhole surgery to standard keyhole surgery for removing the uterus in people with early-stage endometrial cancer. The goal is to see which approach offers better value for money and quality of life after recovery. About 1,680 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two surgical methods.
