Robot vs. scalpel: which surgery is better for womb cancer?

Summary
This study compares two types of keyhole surgery for early-stage womb cancer: robot-assisted and standard laparoscopy. About 1,680 women will be randomly assigned to one method to see which is more cost-effective and leads to better recovery and quality of life. The goal is to help doctors choose the best surgical approach for each patient.
