First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study compares two types of minimally invasive surgery—robot-assisted and standard laparoscopic—for removing the uterus in people with deep endometriosis and adenomyosis. The goal is to see which approach leads to fewer complications during and after surgery. About 224 adults who have not responded to medical treatment will take part, and their recovery and quality of life will be tracked.
