NCT ID NCT05430568
First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study looks at how well the heart and lungs recover after two types of heart surgery: robot-assisted and traditional open-chest surgery. Researchers will measure exercise capacity and breathing in 80 patients before and after surgery. The goal is to see which approach leads to better recovery, not to test a new treatment.
