Summary
This early-stage study tests a new experimental drug (RO7496353) combined with an immunotherapy drug, with or without standard chemotherapy, in people with advanced lung, stomach, or pancreatic cancer. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose. About 102 participants will take part, and the study is currently active but not recruiting new patients.
