New drug combo shows promise for Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called RNDO-564, alone or with another drug (pembrolizumab), in people with advanced solid tumors (like lung, bladder, or breast cancer) that no longer respond to standard treatments. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug shrinks tumors or slows their growth. About 149 adults will take part, receiving weekly infusions of RNDO-564.
