New RNA combo tackles tough liver cancer in early trial

Summary
This early-phase study tests a new RNA-based drug (MTL-CEBPA) combined with two standard immunotherapy drugs (atezolizumab and bevacizumab) in people with advanced liver cancer who have not had prior treatment. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see how the tumors respond. About 33 adults with liver cancer that has spread or cannot be removed will take part.
