First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tested an investigational drug called ciraparantag to see if it can quickly reverse the effects of the blood thinner rivaroxaban. Sixty-nine healthy adults aged 50 to 75 took rivaroxaban and then received either ciraparantag or a placebo. The main goal was to measure how well and how fast the drug restored normal blood clotting.
