First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests a new dosing plan for the blood thinner rivaroxaban in 10 Chinese children who developed giant coronary artery aneurysms (large bulges in heart arteries) after Kawasaki disease. The goal is to see if the adjusted dose can safely prevent new blood clots and major heart problems. Participants will be followed for at least 6 months to track clot formation, bleeding risks, and drug levels.
