New drug combo aims to control Slow-Growing lymphomas

NCT ID NCT06350318

First seen Nov 03, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests the safety and effectiveness of combining two drugs, rituximab and zanubrutinib, for people with untreated follicular lymphoma or marginal zone lymphoma. About 43 participants will receive the drug combination, and researchers will measure how well the tumors shrink. The goal is to control the disease, not to cure it, as ongoing management may still be needed.
