New drug duo aims to control Slow-Growing lymphomas

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, rituximab and zanubrutinib, in people with untreated follicular lymphoma or marginal zone lymphoma. The goal is to see how well the combo works and if it is safe. About 43 participants will receive the treatment, and researchers will measure how many respond and how long the benefits last.
