New drug combo shows promise for patients with relapsed lymphoma
NCT ID NCT02446457
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining two immunotherapy drugs (rituximab and pembrolizumab) with or without a chemotherapy drug (lenalidomide) can shrink tumors in people whose follicular lymphoma or diffuse large B-cell lymphoma has returned after prior treatment. About 53 adults with relapsed lymphoma will receive these drugs to see how many respond and how safe the combination is. The goal is to find a better treatment option for patients who have limited choices after standard therapies fail.
