Summary
This study tests whether rituximab, an anti-inflammatory drug used for conditions like multiple sclerosis, can help adults aged 18-55 with schizophrenia spectrum disorders. About 120 participants will receive either rituximab or a placebo alongside their usual treatment. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms, functioning, and inflammatory markers to see if the drug improves outcomes.
