Summary

This study tests whether rituximab, an anti-inflammatory drug, can help treat psychotic disorders like schizophrenia. About 120 adults aged 18-55 will receive either rituximab or a placebo alongside their usual medications. Researchers will measure symptom improvement and look at immune markers in the blood.
