Summary
This study tests a smartphone app called RiSolve, designed to help women with overactive bladder (OAB) manage their symptoms. The app provides an 8-week program of bladder training, pelvic floor exercises, and cognitive behavioral therapy. Researchers will enroll 45 women in Ireland to see if the app is easy to use and improves symptoms and quality of life.
