New program aims to ease nurse preceptor burnout

Summary
This study tests a program called RISE designed to help nurse preceptors—experienced nurses who train new nurses—feel less burned out and more resilient. About 124 nurse preceptors from AdventHealth will take part. The program uses questionnaires to measure changes in well-being, self-compassion, and empowerment.
